Atlantic QDRO Solutions LLC's fees include drafting services and pre-approval with employers but does not include presenting any Order to a Court -- it is up to the attorneys/mediators to present the QDRO with a joint motion to the Court. However, we will send the certified copy to the employer for final processing if requested.

Atlantic QDRO Solutions LLC typically receives payment in form of check and check(s) will not be cashed until a first draft is completed and returned.  On the other hand, AQS LLC will not begin work on a new project until payment and fee agreements are received.

We also process all major credit and debit cards via a secure, online payment platform.

Services

Fees are always on a flat-fee, per QDRO/DRO basis and are never charged hourly.

The price per case depends on the type of retirement plan and other complicating factors such as the status of the Court case, length of time since the divorce and whether an insufficient QDRO has already been submitted to the Plan Administrator or Court in the case.  Please call or e-mail today for a quote.
