Gordon F. Holt, Esq. LLC prepares QDROs pursuant to the property settlement agreement regarding the divorce order in question and will work with plan administrators to pre-approve QDROs. We typically act as a neutral, third part expert on QDRO cases -- we prepare the QDRO according to the already court-approved property settlement agreement. This is more of a "mediation" of the QDRO issues, especially if oustanding issues remain to be decided or if the parties' separation agreement or Judgment is vague.
